what if,

embracing the ones you love could last forever.

Bitter moments of farewell,

faded yet sweet memories,

what if,

one could return to childhood.

No longer do I recall,

where my home is, or where it was,

only a warm scent and a hazy image remain in my memory,

the only keepsake of home left within me.
